If you prepare with the full bank and still fail, you get your money back. Here is exactly how it works, so there are no surprises on either side.

You qualify when

• You scored 80% or better on at least three full mock exams in the app before your test date (the app tracks this on the Modes page).
• You took the real exam within 90 days of purchase and did not pass.
• You request the refund within 30 days of your exam date.

How to claim

Email [email protected] from the address you purchased with. Attach a photo or PDF of your official score report showing the exam date and a failing result. We refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. No questions beyond that.

Plain refunds

Bought it and it's not what you expected? Email within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you, as long as you haven't completed a full mock exam.
